Pilates Mat Classes

Classes for 2024 :

At Forestville Arts Center :

• Tuesday - 9:30am to 10:30am
  
• Wednesday - 7:15pm to 8:15pm
  
• Saturday - 8:30am to 9:30am
  

Cost $25 casual rate, or $20 each if you purchase a 10 pack.
All packs subject to an expiry date.

Please bring your own mat if you have one.

Pilates-To-You

We are delighted to offer a totally  new concept; Pilates-To-You. Now you can do Pilates classes in the privacy and comfort of your own home.  Class can be arranged at a time convenient to you and can either be private (you and the instructor) or invite a couple of friends to share the cost and make it a semi-private session (max 3 clients and the instructor). These sessions are tailored to the needs of each client and involve a variety of small apparatus.  All your need to do is book the time and the instructor comes to you; so convenient!
